Your telegram No 4 Naval Hospital. It is proposed to rebuild

Wanchai market newly. This will necessitate surrender by Admiralty

under clause in lease of lot 86 of approximately 5500 aq:feat at

South West corner of lot. This area is sloping bank with no buildings or gardens on it. No compensation will therefore be payable for

surrender. Plans have been forwarded to Commodore. Otherwise I

agree to extension of offer.
